Very unsanitary! The Maid took the towels that we had used the night before off of the floor folded them, and put them back on the bathroom shelf, and left no clean towels for us ...

most hotels have wifi. this motel had what they called a smart table which allowed you to plug your laptop in directly to the internet which is good because i need a secure line due to i work for the government. needless to say rooms are great. clean spacious. breakfast was good for the price paid i didnt really expect much. hot make it yourself waffles were really amazing though. comfy pillowtop beds more

nice older motel 8/28/2011

Very clean and spacious room. Staff was phenomenal and met every need of ours. room was very large and fit my entire family very comfortably. the beds were fantastic. indoor pool and spa was very nice and huge. the view from our room was of the ruidoso mountains, very nice. the maids were very knowledgeable and cleaned our room twice (at request) within the day. we tipped her after she first came in and she was more than willing to come back after 4 hours. more

TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE 6/19/2011

Very unsanitary! The Maid took the towels that we had used the night before off of the floor folded them, and put them back on the bathroom shelf, and left no clean towels for us to have for the following day. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE for any reason! The air conditioner did not keep the room temperature under 80 degrees running continuously. The remote did not work for the TV. When confronting two different employees, nothing was done. Also e-mailed management. NO RESPONSE. ANY HOTELS THAT PRACTICE THESE SANITARY PROCEDURES SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! more

great priced motel 4/17/2011

overlooks a mountain top its near all local attractions. beds were absolutely amazing. very clean rooms. my family loved the motel for the indoor pool. quality was great considering there were new beds and tvs. rooms were overall great and spacious. staff was very kind and very helpful. more

pillow top mattresses at a Days Inn? Can NOT go wrong with this place. pictures at daysinn website are more upto date for this property. this and other 3rd party websites have not updated yet for whatever reason. but the place is great. i would compare it to a comfort inn and suites. as far as quality of what you get. the clerk Vick obviously loves his job. because at first i was going to leave. but he said he wanted to earn my business and show me a room before i walked out. and the room was GREAT more

very nice beds and bedding 8/9/2010

same parking lot as jorges what a great restaurant and very near the walmart and race track in town. most comfortable stay i have had in ruidoso and i have tried almost every hotel here atleast once. did not want to try this motel since it looked old but oh was i wrong once i got inside the room very new vibe to the room. will deff be back here more

great location near the walmart in town. while everyone else in town charges above 149 this place charged me 59 per night. needless to say i will deff be back here. sure i could have saved a few dollars by going to an independent motel. but truthfully i am glad i stumbled across this place. Pros: great simmons beds and indoor pool n spa Cons: nothing! more

awesome pillowtop beds/very clean room 3/10/2010

great stay for me and my family. room was very clean. desk clerks were knowledgable and they recommended a great new restaurant walking distance away called magic forrest.. my freinds whom stayed at another motel in ruidoso did not have a great stay such as us due to the fact they could not sleep. they will forsure be following us to the days inn in any of our future stays in this town!!! more
