I don't know about anyone else but if you call a hotel and want to speak to a guest you would expect the phone to at least ring... this hotels number was busy for at least one ho...

Phone Problems 7/19/2004

I don't know about anyone else but if you call a hotel and want to speak to a guest you would expect the phone to at least ring... this hotels number was busy for at least one hour solid and when i did speak with the man who answered he was foriegn and would not explain why the phones were busy!!! That is not my idea of good customer service or hotel representation!! more
