I would like to commend Nick at the front desk. Nick is always polite and helpful. For me personally, he always goes out of his way to accommodate me with my specific room preference. I like specific rooms and he always tries his best to give me my room preference. He always calls me by name and makes me feel like a valued customer. GREAT member of the Day's Inn team! more

I had a pleasant stay at Days Inn. The front desk was very helpful when my boyfriend and I sought for directions there. Upon an easy check in, our room was nice and cozy and quiet. No complaints for this hotel.. 5 stars! more

I was spending the weekend up in Philly, but I decided I needed to take a day and just rest. The Days Inn was perfect. The room was great, the bed was very comfortable (except the pillows were a little too stiff), the view was nice, and I got to watch all my favorite football games. I kept the air on 72 (perfect) and ordered out for Chinese food. They delivered my meal quickly, and it tasted great. I took a long nap, then a hot shower, and then they drove me to the airport free of charge. A+ overall. more

Everyone was very nice & accommodating. Would definitely stay again & refer others. Only thing that would be better is if breakfast time lasted longer because we missed it more

Easy booking, great front desk staff, and the cleanest room I've stayed in, in a very long time. Close to airport--stayed here the night before a trip, and left my car there during the trip, for a mere $5 a day parking. Shuttle takes you to airport, and it's much cheaper than other park and rides near the Philly airport. more

Keep up the the good work Nick your the best! We enjoyed our one week stayed in Days Inn Chester. Our room was so clean with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, big screen TV and hair dryer i used all these appliances they all works fine. The location is close. to the airport. We'll be back again with my friends. Would recommend to other. more

I stay here 3 times a month and am happy.Staff is friendly an helpful. Nick has been here forever working hard as do all the front desk people.I could stay in a comparable place but the people here make the difference.Oh, I almost forgot- very reasonable rates. more

Been years since i was last here and they have definitely upped their amenities and decor. Price is excellent for the options offered and the shuttle service is a huge plus. Diner I understand is undergoing renovation. more

I had a really great stay here! The room was big, the bed was comfortable and clean, and I enjoyed the flat screen tv and bathtub! The curtains also did their job really well as I woke up and thought it was cloudy outside but in fact it was super sunny and hot. more

Stayed at the Days Inn with their park and fly package, the quick shuttle ride to the airport makes it very convenient. The room was nice and clean and seemed to be recently updated, I didn't need much besides a bed but they have mini fridge and microwave, and all the other usual amenities. The staff was pleasant especially the very friendly front desk clerk, Maitri, who helped me print my boarding pass when I couldn't figure out their lobby printer and made sure the shuttle didn't leave without me while she was helping me. The ride back to pick up my car was a simple phone call to the hotels front desk. Overall I was more than satisfied with the room and service, and will definitely return. more

Very satisfied with my stay, great shuttle servive to an from airport, very fast pickup. \r The from desk clerk Nick was very courteous and the most costumer service oriented person I ever encountered in hotels all over the country. I can say tha he went far and beyond and very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable, I have a great night sleep. Definitely I'll be staying there next time in Philadelphia. more

On arrival to a vacation long over do booked close to a family reunion. Family has told us to cancel asap its in a bad neighborhood. Upon hearing we cancelled but the wouldn't refund any money. Upon request of refund they denied and never gave any assurance that the location was okay. While staying at another hotel in PA we read that the town of Chester was placed under a State of Emergency. Upon calling and remarking to situation still denied. So if you want to be murdered in a overnight stay feel free to stay at this place.
