Day In Paradise Pet Grooming

Been coming to this place for over 10 years the service is great and the dogs look great. I don't know why other places charge twice as much as this place for their services. Was glad not to be hit with a bunch of extra charges. more

I've taken my dog to be groomed at this location. *I waited for my dog once because I wanted to make sure that he was being treated correctly. I WAS GLAD TO SEE HOW THEY REALLY TREAT OUR PETS! *I'M NOT PAYING PEOPLE TO MISTREAT MY DOG! 1. *KIM* (THE GROOMER) WAS JERKING MY DOG FROM SIDE TO SIDE HARSHLY ON A TABLE BY A METAL CHAIN WHILE DRYING HIM. 2. SHE TURNED TO SEE ME STARING AT HER AND QUICKLY CHANGED HER METHODS 3. SHE TOOK MY DOG TO BRUSH HIM OUT AT HER WORK AREA, I SOON BEGAN TO HEAR MY DOG WHINE AND FROM TIME TO TIME ""YELP!"" I told the manager (he was standing right there) and he did NOTHING. I made this known to the groomer and she said NOTHING. Not an apology, nothing! (that is insulting.) *I'm still upset weeks later, I made an appointment with another groomer. ALSO, check the inside of your dogs ears, they NEVER dry the ears right. *My dog walked away with an ear infection because they do not remove / remove the hair inside the ears and DO NOT dry the ears correctly. *Yes, they are cheaper, the quality of work *reflects the price (if your paying attention). *I rather pay more and know my dog is treated well- DO NOT LET ""KIM"" TOUCH YOUR DOG if saving 10 bucks means more to you then your pet? ... more

The groomers are great and the prices are amazing. I have taken my dog several times and each time they go above and beyond to help. Need a groomer go to these guys! more

Been going there for years and never really any issues except at times dogs are caged for hours after the scheduled appointment. But very reasonable prices, cash only though. Wish debit cards were accepted. Don and his staff are great! more

They took good care of my dogs. The place is open no hidden rooms. They don't chain the dogs up to a noose on the table. The price is right also. They don't hit you up with a bunch of extras like nails etc... It is all included about half of what I was paying. more
