Service department...NOT! 5/4/2012

I have a Warranty Service Plan on the car I bought there and the airbag light stopped being intermittent and was staying on, so I made an appointment. Not only did they not fix the car, they did not know I had a warranty, they ran a test on it claiming the light was not on and charged me $104.72! The car went in for 8:30am and by 7:30pm the light was back on! I asked for my money back and am waiting to see if they right all their mistakes. This is my first experience with their ""Service Department"" and it is not looking promising! Owners Beware! more

Rude general manager 1/13/2012

We have been shopping for a used truck for the last week and talked to a number of dealers. Ken was the salesperson we worked with at Day Ford. He was very nice and one of the better salespeople we've encountered. However, when it came time to discuss trade-in value and pricing, the manager Peter Flaherty got involved. He is one of the rudest people we have ever dealt with. While putting together a price package, he made a $2000 math error, which he refused to acknowledge. When we pointed it out to him, he got very defensive and told us that we needed to do our research on our trade-in value and that he would work with us after we did more work on our part. We will not be returning to Day Ford. more

Do not buy your car here!!!!!!!!! 5/11/2011

Day Ford in Monroeville is full of it, Salesmen lie , sold me a car and did not clean it, took it back and the second cleaning was just of bad as the first. So I took it and cleaned it myself, now it looks clean and the windows are clean and the wheels are clean. All they were worry about was their sales quota, and not the customer, I would not tell anyone about this place because they just do not care, just how much money they can make on you. more
