Quick oil change 8/20/2011

Well equipped professional service center 8/18/2011

My impression is Dawson Motors has expertise and training approaching that of factory supported dealers combined with the advantages of an independent shop. My only problem was it took 1 hr 10 min from my 8:00 AM, first of the day, appointment to mount a tire ordered for me. The price was good and service good, but the time too long. more

CAR REPAIR 8/15/2011

My daughter's car was left at Dawson's shop over the weekend. I stopped in on Monday morning around 7 to explain why the car had been left unexpectedly. I got a call in the morning from Keith who had gone over the car and gave me an evaluation of what had to be done and an estimate of the cost of the repair. By late afternoon I received another call saying that the repair had been completed. I rate this type of service very high, especially because the car had not been on the schedule for the day. more

We purchased both our 2002 Saturn and 2002 Subaru Forester from Dawson Motors about four years ago, and they've serviced both cars for as long as we've owned them. We've always been very pleased with their courtesy and professional service in keeping our cars safe and efficient to drive. Auto Inspection 6/30/2011

As always, I received prompt and courteous service at Dawson's. They always manage to accommodate my schedule. They also always go the extra to ensure that my vehicle is safe for me. They will always tell me of anything that they see as a potential problem and explain it to me in detail with recommendations as to when to address the issues. They are the BEST! more
