We went with Dawn because she has beautiful samples on her website and in her office, and good prices. She seemed very flexible. Our wedding was the day after Thanksgiving and she assured us she could get us the DVD with all our photos on it by the following week so we could use one for our Christmas cards. We didn't get the DVD until January. Also included in our package was a 25 page book that she puts together. It's been 3 months since we told her what photos we want and we still haven't gotten it. And she doesn't return my calls or emails. My mother ordered prints from her over 2 months ago and hasn't gotten them, and they were supposed to take 10 days. Her excuse has been ""family emergency"" but it's hard to believe she's had 3 family emergencies in 6 months that require her to leave town for extended periods. Especially since she and her husband just opened a new bar downtown, and she told a reporter that she spent lots of time in Chicago and New York researching different types of bars. So I have a hard time believing she's had 3 family emergencies. Maybe she should fulfill her professional obligations before embarking on new ones.
