best pet help i've ever had 11/5/2008

I've always had many, many allergy problems with my dogs, but not until we welcomed our latest furry addition to the family did i reach out for help. A friend reccomended me to stop by and ""check the place out"". Now I'm a life time customer. I was at the end of my rope with vet bills and an irratable pup, but their staff helped me find a great diet and so much more. I've saved hundreds in vet bills since, and louie (my pup :) is happier and healthier than i've ever seen him. The help and compassion I recieved was more than i could ask for. So if you need help with your furry friend like i did, i would highly reccomend them. they really care about you and your dog there, and louie loves to visit. From one dog lover to another, they know what they're talking about, and their help is free, so what can u lose? They've got me and my pack for life, I wouldn't go anywhere else. :) Pros: large selection, natural foods, low prices, knowledgable staff Cons: parking more

HI EVERYONE ! IF YOU WANT THE BEST DOG TRAINER / DOG PHYSCOLOGY CLASS, DAWG CITY IS IT! I LEARNED MORE FROM JAYNE THAN ANY OTHER CLASS MY DOG HAS BEEN TO. THE PRICE IS FAIR AND MONEY WELL SPENT. WE HAD A GREAT TIME LEARING THINGS WE NEVER THOUGHT POSSIBLE! THE METHOD OF TEACHING IS JUST PLAIN "" CANINE"" THE DOG JUST GETS IT! NO HARSH TEACHING JUST A DIFFERENT WAY OF COMMUNICATION. MY KIDS WERE EVEN ABLE TO ATTEND. IF YOU WANT THE BEST GO TO THEM. THEY ARE DEFINATELY IN BUSINESS TO HELP US FRUSTERATED PET LOVERS. THANKS AGAIN DAWG CITY. Dawg City Great People !! Great Service!! 10/12/2008

In response to the person who wrote a poor review, I have been using their services for over 12 years, not only are they great at their profession, they are kind to the animals. I have not ever heard anyone in this town have a bad thing to say about them. maybe this person has lack of experience with what quality is. I highly recommend them to anyone. there is a reason they have been in business so long, too bad one person thinks they have the right to give them a bad review. Maybe they want a ""freebie"" . Sorry they feel this way, but I know myself and everyone I know will be using them for a long time to come. It is a comfort to be able to leave my elderly dog there, knowing she'll be cared for and CLEAN when I pick her up. Pros: clean friendly good pricing Cons: limited parking more

WORST GROOMERS EVER 4/1/2008

By far the WORST experience I have ever had having my dog groomed. They tried to pass my dog off as groomed when she was still dirty and her nails were still long. I was quoted a price, then over charged. And when I tried to resolve the problem the owner refused to refund my money. I would say to stay far away from this grooming shop. I don't think they know what they are doing. Cons: They don't have experienced groomers - poor grooming. Thumbs down. more
