Bad experience 7/8/2005

They have been prone to mistakes. Accusing tenants of missing rent payments and sending out 30 day eviction notices when it has been their accounting errors. They appeared to be friendly, but seem to have a high rate of turnover of their accounts reps. Be cautious of renting properties they manage. Their own interests, not the tenants, is their main concern. From my experience with, ""just enough to get by"" is their business philosophy and, by association, also the conpanies and individuals who hire them their property managers. more

The worst 5/5/2005

I would never live in a building managed by this company again. We had no hot water in our building for 9 days before they fixed it. They rarely respond to phone calls until multiple calls are made. They charged me for a 'light cleaning' of the apartment when I moved out, when it was filthy when I moved in. Completely inattentive This is all documented so they have no reason to request a removal of this post. Do a Google search to find out more interesting facts about Davis-Paul Management. more

they suck 7/8/2002

As a former tenant of them I'd have to say that they are big you know whats. He actually called me and yelled at me, called me names and made me cry. And all because I dared to question the increase in our utility payments. I found that they often waited until the last minute to notify you that they were entering your apartment (less then the required 24 hours), needed repairs took a long time and many phone calls to get done. The property managers had a high turn over rate and little knowledge of what was happening at their properties. more
