Great Results 1/12/2008

Dr. Robertson is extremely knowledgeable about ENT work. I have used him for several problems, such as mole removals, sinus problems, and a deviated septum. At each visit, he listened to my needs, assessed the problems throroughly, and treated them efficiently. You never have problems getting an appointment, and the entire staff is professional and friendly. I have never felt intimidated in his office. He is worth checking out! Once you use him, you'll never go to another ENT in Birmingham! Pros: friendly, professional staff, easy parking more

Unexpected Charges 12/28/2007

Prior to testing I was assured by the staff at Alabama ENT that my insurance company had been contacted and that I would incur NO cost for the procedure. Now Dr. Sciacca is trying to bill me $300+ for a procedure that I would not have done if I had not been told it would cost me nothing. I've had no problems in the past but I cannot trust this practice ever again. more

Excellent Care 11/30/2007

The doctors and staff , are all great. They took care of my son and I had no worries, absolutely great. I loved my first experience and if I had to choose them again,I wouldn't second guess. more
