This is a horrible property management company. Definitely extremely dishonest. The apartment we rented was dirty and required extensive amounts of cleaning. We took care of this, and left the apartment in better condition than when we had moved in. They still kept almost the entire deposit with a breakdown of additional expenses which included carpet cleaning which we had paid to have done professionally the week we moved out. This company will not answer it's phone ever. You have to leave a message and hope that they call you back (They don't). If you are able to avoid this company please do at all cost!! Rent might be cheap, but you'll pay for it in lack of service and horrible maintenance more

Don't do business with them! They nickel and dime you for everything when you move out. They never respond to phone calls, emails or anything. Act laid back until you move out and charge for things that you list as issues before moving in. They are the worst landlords ever! more

After reading other reviews I was a bit nervous, but! They have been awesome. We are renting an older house that has had several things come up that need repaired. They have been right on top of it! They are awesome actually better than any any landlords we have ever had. They have a repair company out to fix it same or next day EVERY time. One of the gentleman that works in the office is a bit ""dry"", but a very nice guy, and helpful. These guys do not own all their rentals. They are a rental management company. So some things are dependent on what the house owner says. But as far as plain old repairs... they are awesome! Clogged sink- right out! Air conditioner- repair company right out! Dishwasher stopped working- Repair company right out! Killer spiders-Exterminator right out! At this point I would recommend them to a friend/ rent from them again! more

This is the most horrific company you could ever rent from. They are really evil, they harass you, do not fix anything on time, are rude, have threatened to call the cops on me and to get lawyers when we have not done a thing wrong. Once my lease is up, I am OUT of here, they have caused me more trouble and stress than you would believe a landlord would. Their property is NOT worth having to deal with them, they will treat you horribly and take your money unfairly, and the contract they have made will resolve all legal disputes in their favor. DO. NOT. RENT. more

This guy is the biggest jerk! and A-hole. Won't fix anything in his rentals and tries to say things, that are not true! had to take him to small claims court and won for him making false statements. but had to pay for leaving early. He tried ruining my credit, but luckily the court had recorded my paying immediatly the day after the judgment. I did have to contact all three credit companies and fix this matter myself. Would not have had to, had this Steve Davidson not been a jerk! more

The Owner is the biggest A-hole! will not fix anything on his rentals! and tried blaming me for leaving his rental a mess when I left early on the contract. Luckily I took pics and took him to court. The judge sided with, because I could prove that I did not leave the place a mess! But sided with Steve Davidson for me leaving the house a month early. I paid the judgment the very next day and Steve did not report my payment, trying to ruin my credit! I then had to go to the 3rd district court to prove I paid immediatly and fix my credit, contacting all 3 credit companies myself! more

They are the worst company to rent from! They never return calls and the people that work there a very rude! When you move out they make it a hassel and they take all your deposit before explaining why they did. They charge you ridculous fees that should not be charged. They don't communicate to the renters. They never return calls. This is a horrible business and they should not be in business. They treat people and renters like crap! You should go somewhere else to rent because they do not know what they are doing... more

I have had Davidson Realty rent my property for the past few years. People dont understand that a security deposit is paid to protect the owner against damages. When you leave a property dirty and leave your trash behind it cost money to have it cleaned up. So if you wont your deposit back, you need to live by the golden rule, leave the place better then found it. more

We didn't have too many problems while living in our rental but once we tried to move out it was horrible. They took half our deposit for ridiculous fees and it took them weeks to return phone calls. Everytime we did get ahold of someone, they sounded like they were half asleep. Not how a business should be run. Pros: Have some great properties Cons: Not worth the hassle, rude, dishonest more
