Very Impressed Over the summer, our A/C unit went on the fritz. We called another local company with to install a 'hard-start'. We were not impressed. In the winter it was icing over. We began shopping several different companies for a replacement. Compared to other's 'Car Salesman' approach; Dave's simple, honest personality combined with his job-performance was very refreshing. In 2000, David Alexander installed our heating and cooling system. We have had great results with the system. It has been almost ten years and we have had to have very little done to the system. However, when any issues have occured, David has always been great to come out to the house and check things out. This past Christmas Eve our unit started making a noise and we were afraid no one would come out on a holiday. We called \r David and within the hour he was at our house. Turned out it was something minor and he told us how to fix it until the part could come in. We really appreciate that David has always been so faithful to help us whenever we call.
