Hey, I've had two experiences with David's dry cleaners and both were a waste of my time and money. The first experience i took them a blouse with a light stain on neck line. When i returned the stain was still present but i had to pay anyway. I believed that it was a fluke and that not all stains come out. Since then I've taken the same blouse to another dry cleaner (Arnstein's Cleaners & Shirt Laundries) who got the stain out. I only did this after my second bad experience with David's dry cleaners. I took my 200 dollar comforter there to be cleaned which was dropped off on a Wednesday and had a pick up time of Friday after 5. I made the mistake of going before 5 and it wasn't even in the store. It was fortunate that i made that mistake of going by there bc it made them aware of the fact that my item was not ready to go. They informed me that it was not clean and there were other methods of cleaning to be done. I said ok to anything they thought best so long as it did not make my comforter lumpy. Not only was it still not ready when i called back but the managers didn't check it before it left the building despite my talking with them regularly. I pay and get it all the way home to realize it was lumpy. Not only did i pay to have my comforter destroyed but i also wasted lots of gas running back and forth because of their incompetence. I highly recommend everyone stay far away from them. I asked for a refund to compensate me for all my troubles and for the destruction of my nice comforter. They thought they were doing me a favor by meeting me half way and only paying back half. Because it is not their policy to do refunds. Be warned... the staff is sweet but the management is shortsighted, undependable, avaricious/greedy, and difficult to work with. \r
Pros: the staff is sweet but
