I PURCHASED MY DAUGHTERS WEDDING GOWN THERE, PAID IN FULL AND PAID TO HAVE IT BUSTLED. THE WEDDING DATE WAS THE FOLLOWING YEAR WHEN WE PURCHASED THE DRESS. THE WEDDING WAS THEN POSTPONED UNTIL THE FOLLOWING YEAR SO I CALLED THE STORE TO INFORM THEM OF THAT DATE, NEVER WAS ANYTHING MENTIONED ABOUT HAVING TO PICK UP THE DRESS. SO WHEN I WENT TO THE STORE ON NOV. 16 TO PICK UP MY DAUGHTERS DRESS THEY COULD NOT FIND IT, I WAS TOLD IT WAS IN ALTERATIONS LAST AND THEY MUST NOT HAVE BEEN INFORMED THAT THE WEDDING DATE HAD BEEN CHANGED AND THEY CONSIDERED THE DRESS ABANDONED MERCHANDISE AND DONATED IT TO CHARITY WITHOUT EVEN CALLING AND TELLING ME TO PICK THE DRESS UP FIRST. WHEN ASK WHY I WAS NOT CONTACTED THEN THE STORE MANAGER LIES AND SAYS SHE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND EVEN SPOKE TO THE GRANDMOTHER, TO THE BIG SURPRISE THAT THERE IS NO GRANDMOTHER! CALLED THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE AND THEIR CEO AND WAS TOLD THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. WHY DO YOU GIVE THEM A WEDDING DATE IF IT IS NOT TO PICK YOUR DRESS UP CLOSER TO THAT TIME, NOT TO CONSIDER IT ABANDONED MERCHANDISE, AND HOW CAN THEY DONATE SOMETHING THAT ISN'T RIGHTFULLY THEIRS TO EVEN START WITH. THIS CORPORATION DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MAKING THE MONEY WHETHER THEY HAVE TO SCREW OVER PEOPLE TO DO IT OR NOT. AND THE REALLY SAD THING IS THAT MY DAUGHTER TOOK KARATE FROM THE STORE MANAGERS HUSBAND FOR YEARS AND SHE WANTS TO LIE TO COVER HER MISTAKE INSTEAD OF TRYING TO HELP MY DAUGHTER AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
