David's Bridal

The service at David's Bridal is horrible. You can not get any one to help you in the store. Once you do they leave before they have finished helping you. They were to call me when my dress and shoes arrived, but did not call either time. You try to get anwers and you are put on hold and they never get back to you. Never buy anything from they if you do not have too. more

On yesterday, I went to pick up my bridesmaid gown from this location. The service was awful. There was at least five sells associates on duty. They did not address the me as the customer. Also, they did not help with the fitting to make sure the dress fit me perfectly. After, I tried on the dress myself to make sure it fit. No one came to check on me or made sure I was satisfied with the dress. They were more interested in chatting among themselves. I would not recommend this location to get any gown for any occasion. Cons: The customer service is not worth spending your money on more

The only thing reason (I believe) this store continues to have any customers at all is because of it's name. It is definitely NOT their selection or customer service that keeps people coming back. I visited twice, with help the first time, after I asked for it, she left me standing in the middle of the dressing room hallway waiting to be zipped. She appeared to be in a very ""important"" information about some upcoming personal event with another staff member. I felt like I was bothering them by trying dresses on. The second time I went back I was offered NO help and (I couldn't believe it), but their selection was worse than before! With a big name like this I guess I expected them to still be in business for a reason. But I cannot seem to figure out what that reason is. Do NOT waste your time on this big name store...the only big thing to talk about it the BIG DISAPPOINTMENT you will be left with! Cons: selection and customer service most of all more
