Contemplate before YOU shop @ David,s Bridal 4/7/2018

My wife and I purchased a prom dress for our daughter here. We assumed that the products they sale are new and has no damage. Our daughter dress was damaged. They made us aware that all sales are final , but for a fee they could repair it. The service and quality of their repairs are marginal. They told us the repairs could be completed in 20 minutes. 1 hour and 15 minutes later we were still waiting. Once we got home and looked at the dress the damage was worse. they really need a professional seamstress and employees with integrity. My wife and I will not be shopping there again until improvements are made. 4/7/2018 more

David's Bridal in Waco Tx. @ Marketplace is a waste of time. They are short staffed and disorganized. One of the main ladies who i think was the manager was very rude and snobby. I would not recommend this store to ANYONE! But if it's your only option, GOOD LUCK. more

Stay away! 8/22/2011

This store is overpriced. The sales staff is, for the most part, helpful and nice, but stay away from the main salesclerk. She is extremely rude and treats customers as though she is their mother, their doctor, and their legal counsel. She made my shopping experience awful, and I will never go back to this store. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS. There are far nicer places in Waco to find your bridal attire that both cost less and have more helpful sales staff. more

Shop elsewhere! 6/11/2010

I bought a jewelry set because they were pressuring me too much and just all over me! I called my mom (still in their parking lot) to let her know that I had already purchased my bridal set and to not to worry about finding me one. Turns out my mom had just purchased one from David's Bridal the same dayl! I went back into the store within 5 minutes of purchasing the set and they wouldn't let me return it or even exchange it for store credit! The package was still closed. To make it worse, I purchased it for $165+tax and then ended up finding a similar one else where for half the price! WARNING: Do NOT give them your phone # because they will call you over and over and over!!!! Haven't returned since and will NEVER return! more

They suck! Too busy, too many screaming kids,dad's and teen boys standing around!! Left me unattended for 30 min. and that's w/an appt. They never even knew I walked out!!!!! more

Like the commercial says, you will love David's Bridal. After looking everywhere for my wedding dress and thinking that everything I liked was way too expensive, my mom and I went to David's Bridal. I tried on several dresses and finally found the one I knew was perfect. The sales ladies were very nice and did not bug me at all like in other stores. My dress was beautiful and I got it for a great price. more
