David helped us inspector a house in Bellevue. It is a 3400sf house build in 1960+. He started at 9am and finished at 7pm! My husband was with him most of the time during the inspection and was totally impressed at how thorough he is. I stopped by during lunch time and he was very patient answering my various questions about the house. The next day he hand delivered the super thick reports to my house and chatted with us about it. The reports are very detailed, it covers lots of areas of the house with specific comments on current condition and suggestions for work to be done. David is by far the best home buyer's advocate. His inspection reports are detailed and his conclusions are based on evidence that can be firmly backed up by his report. If it was possible to give this inspector a higher rating than 5 stars, I would give it to him. He exceeds all expectations. more

David is far and away the best home inspector I've ever worked with. His observations and analysis frankly blew me away. I was nervous about buying a $1M+ house. I wanted to make sure that I had a good understanding of exactly what I was buying. After reading David's inspection report and talking with him about the home, I don't know how I could ever settle for anyone else.
