David Studio Of Photography

I to have a child that had pictures taken at the school by david studio and i had a problem. So i called the owner of david studio and she said that she could either re-take the pictures no charge or i could get my money back. I chose to get my pictures re-taken. When I received the photos they turned out beautiful and i am going to use david studio again for my holiday pictures. more

I absolutely, 110% reccomend you NEVER use David Studio. My son had his picture taken at school in the beginning of October 2007 and here on March 5th, 2008 we still do not have the pictures. I have called several time as as I know the school has. I was told that there were no refunds and I said "REALLY" after 5 months and no pictures I deserve a refund. Not to mention that the supposed cd with the pictures on it was "taken hostage" by the actual photographer. After I asked for a refund the cd miraculously appeared the next day and I received a message on my answering machine that the pictures "were in print at this moment and no refund will be given now" Thanks for the choice! Then I find out that the pictures were not in print, she did not even know who my son was to have the pictures printed. I have now seen the cd with the pictures on it and it is a blurry mess and you can't make out one child in all of the pictures! She claims to be "embarrassed" and "sorry" but really could care less about making things right for the customer. DO NOT call this studio. She will also answer her business phone by saying "hi" leaving you guessing if you called the right number or not. So unprofessional!!! Pros: NONE!!! If you are looking for a place to take passport photos, I highly back up my words when I say Do Not Go to David Studios of Photography. First of all, when we scheduled appointment with the owner, we did not expect her to be half and hour almost forty five minutes late. During this time while we waited for her, we stood in the cold weather. She never called us to tell us she was running late, instead we had to call her. Additionally, she did not follow exact printed requirements the photos needed as we showed her that they need to be. When we saw the photos, we were not pleased with the results in the slightest bit. But she insisted that they would work, and she will guaranteed a full refund if it did not. She said this on wednesday 16 of Feb 2008. Two days later, I called her, and she refuse to do the refund, claiming she never said that. Also she hanged up on me over the phone while I was still speaking to her. Like most customers, I expect the product that I paid a large amount on for are worth the money, and when it does not, I expect a refund when promised one. Cons: The owner was late, the photos did not reach the requirements, and the parking available is far from the actual studio. more
