I am a current Client of David Foyil and I think it is despicable (if you don't know what it means -- look it up in the dictionary) what some people are saying about him and, by extension, his office.\r \r They are helping me through the worst time of my life (and I'm almost 65 years old) .\r \r You should be ashamed of yourself. more

I have known David for over 25 years. I knew him while he worked as a Full-time CSR while putting himself through college and law school. The comments left by this person with such an ugly heart, are completely false. I have worked for David as well, and NOT ONCE did I ever witness negligence or falsification, or destruction of documents by him or his staff. Truly absurd. And as for the personal attacks on his character or his relationships, hmmm....I dont know....Can anyone say, "SLANDER?" David is a good lawyer. I have no idea why someone has tried to trash his reputation. I can speak only from personal experience. David's a decent person with high professional standards. I'm satisfied with his representation. more

I am presently in the middle of a 'flat fee' case. Mr. Foyil and many of his staff have been so friendly and helpful when I call, I am sure I must be bothering them, even though they say I am not!! I REALLY appreciate last Saturday afternoon when I had left a telephone message late Friday night after they had closed, because I had received mail late Friday and was very concerned about it- she came in for a few hours work and she had listened to my message and she called me back. She got all of the information from me and faxed the company a letter RIGHT THEN! I was so thankful for her and I know that David and his staff, they do truly care. more
