Best cosmetic dentist 5/25/2011

I had an emergency. Front tooth broke off at the gums and even though doctor Cowan was very busy that day, he made sure I was taken care of immediately. I can tell he takes his job serious and was very gentle. I recommend him to everyone!!!!!!!!! more

Won't be returning 2/4/2011

I made an appointment for 2 different things that were bothering me. When I got there the dentist only had one of those reasons written down and so would only look at that one thing. What a waste of time. Will not be returning. The staff was very nice though. more

Fantastic cosmetic dentist 1/30/2011

Moved to Trussville a year ago and am very happy to have found Dr. Cowan as my new dentist. Got some cosmetic work done and am very pleased. His office staff was nice too. more

Highly recommended 1/2/2011

I've been seeing Dr. C. for 19 years and he has always treated me fairly and does fantastic dental work. I recommend his office to everyone and his office hours are very accomodating. Hopefully you don't need a dentist but if you do, this office is the place to go to. more

Best dentist in Trussville , AL 12/31/2010

Good: He was very thorough and extremely nice to talk to. Other: I am very pleased with Dr. Cowan's dental services, his availability, and his dental work. He is a very sweet, kind , and gentle person. As far as the blue jeans comment, that comment was made by a coward and Dr. Cowan is better off without a bitter patient like that. My physician wears blue jeans at his office in Pinson (Dr. Wilson) and I find it pretty cool. I recommend Dr. Cowan completely without any reservation. more

Not Impressed 4/1/2010

Dr. Cowan has been my dentist for the last four years. The staff is the reason I stayed. More often than not, I am disappointed with Dr. Cowan's professionalism. I always feel that he is in a hurry to leave. A repeat performance of him in blue jeans was the last straw though. I've decided to use someone else. more

Dr. cowan is fantastic. The other poster must have owed him money and just didn't want to pay, got mad about it all, and vented it here. I liked Dr. Cowan very much. Still go to him after 17 years. more

Trussville Dentist 8/1/2005

The staff is very courteous but I can't say the same about this dentist. He is not very personable and doesn't put you at ease about any procedures he might have to do. The whole time I was there and he was talking, he didn't once look me in the eyes. The procedure prices, even just a cleaning, are a bit on the above average side. I haven't gone back to him since. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone even though a friend recommended me to him! more
