We have a review for Dave's woodworking that does not look the best. I as the owner want people to know that we strive to provide excellent customer service and the reason that review came out was the table was not bought directly from our location. It was bought through 1 of our many dealers and that dealer did not want to take responsibility for their involvement in the problem. We tried to call the customer and work with the dealer and were not succesfull. We stand behind the products we sell and offer a 5 year warranty on our products. more

Avoid buying furniture from this company 10/23/2007

Bought a dining room table 6 months ago and the leaves do not fit the table. Have contacted Dave several several times and still today we have not been able to use the table. Took 5 months to receive our extra two tables we ordered, and finally they were shipped to our house. The service is ridiculous and would not recommend them to anyone. I am still waiting for a phone call back, have left several messages and still today no avail. May have to look at other options in getting the table fixed. Do not pay in full until you have the merchandise finished. Pros: no answer when trying to reach for a problem more
