Came in for a simple A/C freon charge, came out realizing it's time for a new car. One of many reasons why we choose Dave's West Fargo Tire, is the honesty. Once it was realized there was a much larger issue. You stopped and informed us of the situation, and let us decide to continue or not. That and no matter how long it's been aince I walk through the door. I'm ALWAYS greeted by nsme. That is amazing, I'm terrible myself with name's. more

they took the time to explain everything to me about my vehicle and were very efficient friendly and courteous and also reasonably priced. I will definitely do all my future automobile repairs or tires with Dave's. more

Honda dealership said I had a blown head gasket... 7/1/2015

They said it would cost me $2,500 to replace it. I took it over to Dave's and they ran multiple tests to confirm the suspicion of a blown head gasket, but could not find any indications that it was cracked. The car has been running fine since then. I would have spent $2,500 at Honda to replace a head gasket that was working fine. Thank goodness for Dave's!! more

Exceptional customer service 5/15/2015

I could not have been more pleased and surprised by the incredible customer service and the fair price for the service provided. I needed a tire fixed, Dave picked up my car at my office, and returned it before noon. That saved quite a bit of time out of my day!! Thanks to Dave and his very efficient staff! more

Customer Service Unbeatable 5/13/2015

I can't say enough about the staff here. It is comforting to know that as a single woman buying tires - I am in a place where none of my questions are left unanswered. From safety to customer service to picking a tire that meets my need and meets my budget this is simply the best place I have found in over 40 years of driving. I thank the person who referred me to Dave's and I compliment him on a well run business with great staff and an amazing ability to provide wonderful customer service. I am Canadian and I will never buy tires from anyone else - the price, the advice, the quality of service and the products offered just can't be compared to any other I have ever encountered. Great Service, Great Tires 5/5/2015
