I am a big fan of sea food, so I thought this place would be right up my ally. I stopped by this place before work a few weeks ago and was highly dissapointed. The waitress was rude and very tacky. Her shorts were way too short (at one point I saw her butt cheek when she was picking something up) and when she was chewing her gum, it fell out of her mouth and onto the table! Really?! She quickly took my order (coconut shrimp) and wasn't seen again until I was trying to pay the check and flagged her down. When my food arrived (brought by someone else who didn't say a word to me, and nearly knocked my drink onto my lap) I was not impressed. It was probably the worst shrimp I've ever had! I couldn't even finnish it. I know it may sound like I'm a complainer, but I'm really not. This just was an awful expierence. I will not be returning. more

I Like It doesn't say enough. Best restaurant in Florida. Great menu and specials, the freshest fish and raw bar anywhere and the armosphere is unparalleled. The staff is terrific - hey Jenny - and ownership clearly works to make the customer experience perfect. Try the oysters or the popcorn shrimp with plum sauce. PO-boys, fish Reuben's and fish sandwich specials are sooo good. Take your whole family. You can't miss with this wonderful place. more

This place has a very casual atmosphere with a mile long menu. The lobster cakes are very delicious and are filled with lumps of lobster meat which I love. The artichoke spinach dip has chunks of artichoke and is very creamy and delicious. The calamari is not the best I've ever had but overall this is a great place to go for a casual and CHEAP dinner for seafood especially. more

Pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of the food. Great daily specials too. The portobello veggie wrap was delicious! The waitress was great too. She didn't write a thing down and got an order for 6 people perfectly correct. more

Dave's is always a good choice. No crazy traffic getting there and cool to sit outside. Good seafood place, and great wings. more

Lively place, lots of beers on tap, multiple TVs, and a broad menu. The only problem is way too much of the food comes out of cans and jars. Could be a lot better with minimal effort. But always mobbed so I guess they don't need to mess with it. more

We went on a Sunday afternoon so it was slammed. The staff seemed a bit frenzied and in a state of panic while we were there. I am guessing they needed help from the manager with the TV remote who was walking around the whole time we were there. That said the food was tasty beach goodness. We started with the Coconut Dolphin Fingers and Shrimp Quesadillas followed by a couple of Po Boys. We left slightly over full and satisfied. All in all a great place for fresh seafood and some beach atmosphere at a casual pace. Just my style. more

Dave's Last Resort has wonderful food. It's not all fried foods. They have a lot of fresh seafood. I get the seared tuna appetizer and it is wonderful. Also their clam chowder is the best. Friendly staff also add to the mix. more
