We spent the afternoon shopping the east side and the strip, looking for the car to buy to replace our lease in September. We didn't get back to our home town (Sylvania) and Dave White until after 8 PM. While we did meet up with two other helpful and gentlemanly salesmen, we don't believe we could have beat the experience we had with you and the Dave White staff. While we started looking at used vehicles with you, you took the time to take us to the new Camaro (that I had not taken Suzanne to see, largely because she always said she didn't like yellow cars). You knew we were just shopping, and you didn't expect to be selling this car to us - but this car is awesome, all its' bells and whistles went off, and Suzanne was suddenly colorblind. Took my truck in for a recall repair. Was lied to about the condition of my front brakes, manager told me they were very unsafe and that I could not drive my car. Had two other opinions from other repair shops, was told that the brakes were good, and I drive another 30,000 miles before I replaced them. This was not my first bad experience with this dealership. I bought my truck there and will not give them my business again. more
