I have visit to service my gmc truck, they did very bad service, replace my original parts with old used parts. i have complained but no action, just excuse. all time .. sux man

Great Transaction... 1/23/2012

After searching various dealerships online, I went to Dave Arbogast and worked with Joe Bauman. This is the second car I've gotten from him. He was truly great and understanding. I had a hard time figuring out what I wanted and he was very patient with me and let me test drive a few cars, even in the bad weather. Their prices are very competitive and they helped me get the right car I wanted that would fit in our family budget. Thank you so much! more

Our Mini Cooper Purchase 1/25/2011

Kevin was great. We came in to test drive a Mini Cooper to see if we liked how the ride of a small car would be. He let us test drive the mini with no hassle afterwards to purchase the car. After driving the car we told him that we would like a few days to think about if we wanted to purchase such a small car. He told us no problem and gave us his contact information and told us to give him a call when we decided. He did not hassle us at all about purchasing the car. When we did decide to purchase the car he bent over backwards to accommodate us within our limited free time to come in and negotiate a deal for the car. We really appreciate all of his hard work and non hassle salesmanship. We will not hesitate to come back when we are in need of purchasing our next vehicle. We will recommend Kevin and the Arbogast dealership to our family and friends that are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. The overall experience of the salesman, dealership and everyone involved with the purchase of our new vehicle was the best that we have ever experienced. A special thanks to Kevin! more

I have to say I had the most satisfying vehicle buying experience of my life at Dave Arbogast, thanks to John Weigel. I've bought and traded in many vehicles over the past 30 years, and doing business with John was a breath of fresh air. From the very start, I told John I didn't want to be there all day, I didn't want to meet 100 people before the deal was done, and I didn't want to play games. He assured me that would not happen, explained fully the way they do business at Dave Arbogast, and that set the stage for this deal. After my first offer, I met just one other individual and the deal was done. I am completely satisfied with the way the deal went, and would definitely do business with Dave Arbogast again in the future...thanks to John Weigel!! more

My Recent Purchase of a Buick Lacrosse 1/19/2011

We needed a family car for our upcoming birth of a child and starting a family. Matt Jennings is the salesperson I dealt with and he provided me with some great choices and useful information that gave me and my wife , what we feel was the perfect car for us. We chose the Buick Lacrosse, and so far we love this car. It gives us the luxury we want and the features that make it a great choice for starting our new family. Thanks Matt! more

really friendly 11/16/2010

We came to the dealership just to look, and then go to another dealer, But we meet Mr. Weigel and he was really friendly ( NOT PUSHEY) treated us like family, and he showed us the perfect 2009 Acadia, and said take it home and see how you like it, we did and went back the next day and bought it, We really like everything about it, we have been on several trips , runs very well !!!!!! Mr. Weigel has called several times to see if everything ok, and I have called him several times to ask Questions, he is always ready to help with what ever we need. I would be heartbroken to have to trade my car, but if and when we do he would be our Salesman, and ARBOGAST, would be our dealed. God Bless more

i would recommend anyone go 9/22/2010

great experience. my girfriend an i were looking for an suv. we wanted something that was good on gas but seated up to 8 people. we have a ton of kids between us. we were also looking to spend around 400 a month. we are local and from troy so we looked at arbogast. the salesman helped us locate a saturn fwd suv that seated 8. best of both worlds. we got a great deal and the salesman was helpful. i would recommend anyone go and try to find a vehicle. if they dont have it they can find it for you. ours came from michigan through the dealership after we first went and told him what we wanted. more
