The BEST FLORIST in town,We had a special event at the Lake County Board of DD,our annual event VGC Idol.Daughters Florist was so gracious to come out the night before and set up a Balloon Arch for individuals with disabilities to start their walk to the stage and to get their pictures taken.They were so excited !! I would like to personally THANK them for volunteering their time. more

I'm sorry that you had a misconception of what the expectations were on your special day, but I can assure you we have never let a bride down and we're not about to start now. So disappointed. This florist was a NO CALL, NO SHOW on my wedding day. I should have known after multiple communication issues with Sandy to cancel the arrangements. I can't believe this would even happen. To top it off, after not showing up and not calling to explain and/or apologize, my mother called and heard a multitude of excuses as to why they never showed. It's one thing to make a mistake, it's entirely worse to not own up to it. more

I asked when I called to obtain a receipt to be sent to me and Kelly laid the phone down and said ""THESE PEOPLE!"" as if I asked them to do something that was so very difficult. They didn't know now to email it to me and stated that their fax machine was broken. I was trying to get for about a month. With the way the times are now, you would think they would accommodate their customers. Or should I say, Former Customer. more

I love this florist. They always do an excellent job of providing fresh, beautiful arrangements. I live in Florida and use Daughters exclusively for all my NE Ohio floral needs. Our whole family now uses Daughters and we recommend it to all our friends. My mother loves to show off her flowers from Daughters to all her friends and Doctors (Excellent marketing).
