I cannot confirm if the problem is with the Owner, Heard Saxon, or his assistant, Susie Day, or both, but they are very closed-minded and unprofessional regarding interaction with the public. They apparently don't value their customers or their fellow Owners in this local business community; He's happy to take money out of our pockets, but won't give us a single minute of his time... which could give him even more money, and without any bad feelings.\r

Instead, he is playing the petty game of ""Gatekeeper, sic'em!"", and having her call me back with an unprofessional message to not call them ever again. Considering that we only called once, and only as a professional courtesy, this poor treatment was uncalled for. We will certainly refrain from calling them ever again, as well as engaging in any bu$ine$$ tran$action$, or referring any new customers to them.\r

It's sad; taking just a little bit of time to be civil and care about one's customers and community can reap huge rewards. What a pity that they don't seem to understand that; they'll never know what a blessing they missed out on.\r

It would be wise to avoid them. It's just not worth the abuse. Find a competitor who is professional.
