Beware datasta 12/20/2010

did a 10k job for them 15 months ago. got it down to 3500 now they dont answer emails. All contacts have moved on more

I also contracted some work with Data star USA, and was put on a 45 day net but never saw payment on time, i would have to call and fight for my money. As to date they still owe me payment for invoice's dated back to Jan 2010. I don't know what to do any more i tired calling the person that used to dispatch me out to job's and i get no answer i called accounts payable and no answer . Please if you are a small business that's make a living from paycheck to paycheck don't do business with these people or else you will regret it later. more

Elusive, not forthright. 9/22/2010

Contracted some work with DatastarUSA, was told it would be 30 day payment.\r At 36, I inquired with accounts payable, he doesn't bother to return phone calls.\r The owners son doesn't return e-mails.\r At day 43 they coundn't find our invoice.\r At day 50 they asked for our insurance, again.\r We promised to alert their customer if we weren't paid, and even that doesn't seem to inspire communication on when or if you will really get paid.\r Day 52, still don't have a word from them on $, nothing, not a date, zero communication. more
