I'm very happy that I came to Data Retrieval. I had lost all hope of getting my data back. But these guys are a god send! They got all my data from my almost dead drive. My drive is working fine now, but the technician also gave me some tips on power management so it doesn’t happen again. Super-quick response from the techs at Data Retrieval. My G4 was kaput when I called them in. I told them that I tried to transfer some data to/from another Mac with a firewire cable but my machine died on me. They took it to their facility and in a couple of days I got a call saying the data had all been restored. The following day, I got the G4 back in perfect working order, and I was even able to use the firewire cable again for what I originally wanted. Great job! more

Cannot even start to praise the professionals of DataRetrieval.com. They managed to recover 97% of the data I thought lost by tea spillage. I was not looking forward to re-compiling the data I lost.
