I've been buying from DMS for my customers for many years. There are a few things a computer owner can do to speed up their machines, and the top of the list is increasing RAM memory. I coach my clients to max out if they can afford it. No other single upgrade can improve a computer's performance. There's little reason to buy a new machine every few years if the existing computer has sufficient RAM and is well maintained. The few times I've encountered RAM 'going bad' (and it does happen with age), the lifetime warranty has always improved my customers' mood. It's a no-hassle RMA, and luckily on Macs a rarity. On Windows, for that matter, too.
