Honestly, I live in Calabasas and I go in there often. Of course not for their clothes, but to see the K girls (like the 98% of us reading this now). This store inside is very sty...

I've been to two of the three D-A-S-H boutiques and have loved each one of them! I can't give them a perfect review though because the stuff is very expensive and the employees aren't super nice. I haven't been to the Miami location yet but I will soon. The only problem is everytime I get home I want to keep shopping but they don't have an online store where I can see or shop for their stuff :-( I've found a few websites that claim to let you shop the store but sadly I haven't been able to buy any. Has anyone else been to dashclothingstoreonline*dot**com and actually been able to order something, or am I out of luck? more

Of all the DASH locations the Calabasas shop is the best one. Most people on dashboutiqueclothingdotcom would agree and rate it as such. It seems to have the most accessible product selection in terms of price and availability. more

GREAT SERVICE!!! 7/7/2011

Today (July 7th, 2011) I went into DASH for the first time. The women there were extremely nice, both of the young brunette women were smiling, and helping everyone in the store. Maybe they got new help...these young ladies were awesome though! I'd suggest for those that didn't enjoy their first visit, go again. These new ladies are doing a great job! more

Hey! My mum and want to go to L.A for a half year, but we have no idea where to live. I love the kardashians and i had the idea to go to calabasas, so i can also always go to dash. But now i heard so many bad things and i've no idea what to think now. PLEASE HELP ME! WHEN YOU LIVE IN CALABASAS OR YOU WERE THERE, tell me how it is! and when you're from L.A tell me where are good and where are bad places! I need to know this! .. Please answer! Thank you! :) more

I have read the Negative reviews on the DASH retail store. I've loved watching their show and keeping up with them. I especially admire Kris,their Mother. She does it all! Keeping up with all they they do can require lots of assistance. If they ever want a helping hand I'd be delighted to enhance customer service and increasing sales in their store. Extremely disappointed 3/6/2011

I just want to say the Kardashian girls could care less because I went to the store yesterday and can say everything everyone else is saying, instead of the sales associate sitting in the chair eating a salad she should have been cleaning the floor . And the blonde that looks like she just crawled out of bed, the items that don't fit everyones financial situations. It's a tourist spot think of people visiting everyday ( middle class people). And they definately need some more friendly girls that care about their apperance like Kourtney, Kim, and Kloe. more

HORRIBLE Customer Service!!!! 2/21/2011

I drove about an hour and a half to the store after watching and following the Kardashians. First of all, when I got to Callabasas, I thought it was going to be a very picturesque town, WRONG. Then I thought the store was going to be in a very beautiful strip center, WRONG. I walked into the store and there wasn't a single person in the store except two sales associates. One of them said hello, but that was the extent of it. Neither of them were dressed professionally and one of them looked like she just got dressed, threw her hair up in a messy bun, and came into work. That person never even looked my way even when I asked questions. It was clear she didn't even care about the customers. Being a fan of them, I tried to ask a few questions, but the reception was so icy, I only spent maybe five minutes in the store and hurried out of there. Very disappointed. If I would have known it would have been that way, I wouldn't have wasted the time or gas to drive up there. more

Cute clothes, TERRIBLE sales associates 12/28/2010

I am the biggest Kardashian fan, so for me to say this really shows how terrible the sales associates at DASH were. I was sooo excited to finally be able to visit and shop at DASH coming all the way from Seattle. We walked in, and the two girls working there (December 28th, 2010) didn't even bother to look at us, which is fine. However, my family and I were there for quite some time and they never acknowledged us or asked if I needed help. My mom went to the register to ask friendly questions and the girls were SO rude and disrespectful. When we went up there to buy our items the girls wouldn't even look at us. We bought over $350 worth of items and so we asked for three separate bags so each of us sisters could have one for a keepsake and one of the girls got SUPER mad and looked at us crazy and got an attitude. My dad asked if they had a bathroom and they totally ignored him! Then he asked again and they said ""nope"" without even looking at him! The entire time they just looked mad and acted stuck up and played on their laptop. Not ONCE did they ever smile or anything, just straight up terrible people. They thought they were big time because they work at DASH. They were extremely LAZY. The store was in terrible condition as well. The carpet was disgusting like it hasnt been vacuumed in weeks, and in the dressing room BOTH hooks were falling off because they nails were so loose. This store does not reflect what the Kardashians are all about at all, and they NEED to fire these sales associates. The customer service ruined the experience for me and if it wasn't DASH I would have taken my items, throw it at their faces and cussed them out. KARDASHIAN SISTERS IF YOU ARE READING THIS PLEASEEE take this into consideration. more

Totally Agree, Worst Service Ever 10/10/2010

I live in hawaii and was advised by many friends that it was not worth going to shop at Dash....I always wanted to go and planned to bring back some positive feedback.....boy, was I wrong ...once I walked in two girls that were working (or at least trying to work) did not say one thing not even a hi, hello or welcome, after walking around the store and stepping over duster left on the floor, still not one word....they were more interested in there cell phones and talking about how oily there face were when they work at that store and how it made them look ..I went in planning to spend alot of money cause they do have cute cloths but they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, it made me feel like Julie Roberts on pretty women when she tried to go shopping on rodeo drive....so of course none of my money was going to this shop (except I did buy two bottles of water) I would think with the Kardashian name they would care about customer service and how the guest are treated and it would make way more sales....maybe they should come to hawaii and learn about aloha spirit because they have none. Anyone wanting to shop in calabasa you should go the other shopping center across the highway they have alot of shops with great customer service. more

Love the Kardashians, but I have a few questions please help 10/5/2010

I am from the Chicago, IL area. I also work at a boutique that I love, it would be awesome to go to DASH boutique but I thought it was closed? I have had several friends go to the one in Miami over the summer and it was not open? Also, I would love to shop online but thier website is not up anymore either because I always used to go to it. I am a bit confused so if anyone has information on the store or the website let me know! Also, from the last Kardashian episode. the ""no boys allowed"" one aired Sunday October 3rd, does anyone know where Kourtney Kardashian bought her V-Neck pinstriped shirt or the brand of it I want it so bad! more

Pleasant Shopping Experience! 9/18/2010

A good friend of mine and I were visiting the Los Angeles area this summer, and as both Kardashian fans and shopaholics, we had to make a stop at Dash and check it out. There were a lot of people in the store when we arrived (it's a smaller boutique than most people probably think it appears to be on TV), but was gorgeously decorated, had lots of cute merchandise, and thanks to the sales girl who was there by herself, I went home with a few really cute tops & dress. I only wish she were able to give me a little bit more attention, but I felt so bad for her juggling 15 different customers at once between the register and the fitting rooms and greeting everyone that walks in and everything else! K-girls, don't leave your store behind without an additional doll or two, it's impossible for one girl with that many people! Overall, moderately priced to expensive designer clothing, but if you're looking to really shop, their buyer has GREAT taste & you shouldn't leave anything less than satisfied! more
