I called dash for a defective tv. making an appointment was fairly easy and they did show up when they were supposed to. the do ask for a service call charge which will be applied to the repair. However after they got the check for the service call, they would no longer return phone calls. never ordered the parts or ever got back in contact. i had to call a different service company, pay another service call to get tv fixed. they were a total waste of time. i would not ever use them again.
Pros: none that i can think of
Cons: they take the service charge and never come back or call to do work
