DAS Alarms use garbage products. They often install used products and sell it is new. The owner is supposed to be profesional, but if you make the mistake of hiring them, notice he writes nothing down for you quote, and they will take months to finish your job! He has one qualified Technician on his staff. The quotes never match the bill, and I can't stress enough the disgust I have with how long it takes them to finish. Their monitoring is cheap, but I had to have ADT come in and take out the panel DAS installed because it went on 5 months of not being 'programmed' correct and I had a non functioning system with no monitoring. There is never anyone in the office, and if she does pick up the phone, see how long it takes to get any answers back. What she tells you and what happens is totally different. Hire anyone but this Company! If I could rate them negative stars I would. more
