This center is the problem with the health care system. My daughter needs surgery ASAP before conditions worsens (their statement). That was on a Friday... It's now Thursday and we can not get any answers but "we've been busy today" and the front office "watchdogs" will not allow you to talk to your physician. Office managers don't return calls. VERY POOR service especially to people who need information that may come TOO late. DON"T GO HERE!! more

Great Dr's 8/19/2005

I used to go to Dartmouth Hitchcock in Manchester. Then, I moved. It was a bit far to drive to Manchester, so I changed to Concord! I loved my Dr in Manchester and was sad to have to leave. But, now that I am in Concord, I am even more happy! Everyone who works there (from the customer service reps to the nurses to the Dr's) is very nice! It makes going to the Dr's less stressful! more
