They've serviced our 3 units for several years. Great price with excellent repairmen. If you have a service contract they provide discounts on "other" repairs and equipment. They can fix just about anything including a 40-year old unit on our house that still works. They're always on time. more

I have had nothing but good experiences with Darrow 4/3/2005

I use to have them come out once a year to clean out my unit. They did a great job..... I had a freon leak that finally took it's toll on the system and the environment so I broke down and had a all new forced heating and air system put it.... They are very professional and know what they are doing.... Even in the HOT days they can get someone to you within 24 hours whici is cool (no pun intended) PROS: Reasonably priced, good service CONS: more
