It used to be easy to get an oil change when Cary was there. Now I have to call and schedule an appointment days in advance. They used to get $ thousands in repairs off of me. ...

I have been coming here for about 2 years and the service is impeccable. They are pretty quick when it comes getting an oil change. I usually get my shopping done while my vehicle is being serviced. more

Very friendly, not pushy and actually honest. The owner actually found a part that was less expensive and saved me 20$. Even on a 900$ bill, it felt good to save a little bit. more

Confidence and Trust 9/20/2013

I have been a customer of Darrell's for the past 6-7 years and have always been satisfied. High quality work, reasonable prices and no pushiness or "up-selling". This time I knew I needed two new tires and front brakes, so I had planned some activities for myself (like a great breakfast next door) while the job was being completed. As it turned out, the place next door wasn't open for breakfast, so Darrell offered me a courtesy car to run my errands and make sure I have my leisure breakfast. I did just that and everything was ready when I returned. Great job at a reasonable price (i.e. for the work done). more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! 8/30/2013

As usual, I received quick service by skilled technicians. I also need rotors & brakes all the way around, & Darrell's Firestone will be the ones to do that job also. They are now my car repair people. I strongly encourage everyone to trust your cars to them. You will be happy you did - like me! more
