After going here for over 3 years, I was increasing having one bad experience after another. Major scaring from Mole removal and it was a tiny tiny mole, was walked in while having my bikini line lasered by other staff repeatedly and ask if we could be quite cause they were trying to film a commercial ?? The staff (office staff)is always changing and often extremely rude and disorganized. Charged my card for a missed appointment out of the blue one day without telling me (acknowledged I had missed it , actually canceled do to work 2hrs before the appointment) i thought my fault oh well, when I I finally shared all this with them and thought that they should have warned me and spoke with me,(never complained before then and got along well with everyone)after spending well over 15,000 with them and told them I was gonna finish my packages but would not be returning. They told me that would be fine and that they would be charging me again for the missed appointments they already charged me for over the YEARS and that they would like me to sign a waiver for my scarring and asked me to not come in to finish my packages, and they would see what they could refund me on the remaining laser treatments???!!! And i was nice when I shared all this and I was attacked instead of trying to make things right. Office manger also argued with me that the computer was right and I was wrong. I had 6 no-shows according to her computer and there was no way her computer was wrong, I told her I knew I had missed 2-3 in the past years but that the others were reschedules. And did she think to see that i had been there 25 times and was a good paying repeat and nice customer..NOPE! He's poorly looked down upon by his staff and the people in the business. When people asked me where I went and I told them I would get so many bad stories!! I only continued to go cause of the good techs i was going to for botox and laser. He spends a crazy amount on advertsing (know his advertising guy and he spends $$$ every month) just to bring people in and out like cattle but not keep and care for the patients. He should spend that energy and money on customer service and then he wouldn't have to spend so much on advertsing !
