I loved this place! The bellydancing and food was great, the food was different and exotic. Be prepared to...

Worst

I am always open to new experiences, and this was not my first Mongolian restaurant, but most of the food here was just bad...and its on sunset??? unacceptable. sorry

OMG 12/18/2005

The decor is beautiful, the service is brillant especially for the novice, the food is to die for, I'd starve myself all day merely to enjoy the seven course feast. The entertainment is exceptionally fun and the total cost makes you come back for more. A must for groups, first dates and the couple looking for a romatic adventure. Pros: food & price, decor, entertainment more

wow 6/8/2005

dar ma ha reb is how you pronounce it. Beautiful place. Unique and very tasty food. Family of 5, costs about $250. I felt like i was in the Middle East eating in luxury. Don't worry about making a mess. Just enjoy yourself. Reccomend to everyone. Belly Dancer is soo brave! My family was one of only 2 groups there, and the belly dancer still came out. YOu get your money's worth there. IT is sooo worth it. Once in a lifetime thing. Just do it. Pros: beautiful, traditional, filling food Cons: get valet more

Wonderful food! 9/22/2004

Just come on an empty stomach, cuz ALOT of food is coming your way! The first course..soup/salad was excellent! The salad was actually my favorite part. The honey lamb is not to be missed! The belly dancers just added to the party. I recommend this place to anyone that wants to try something different. The place is qorgeous inside, which adds to the ambiance. Pros: great food, great food, great food more

Delicious, Fun and Sexy 12/18/2003

How do you beat a fabulous 15th century decor and great tasting food? A beautiful belly dancer, of course! Well, the dancer at least adds to the experience in a restaurant that should not be missed! Every dish is more exciting than the last and culminates with delicious mint tea, fruit and pastry. The service is good, but the key is to relax and enjoy the experience. Great for a large group or party. Pros: Excellent Food, Fun Decor more

Super Fun and Great Food 6/10/2002

We took my little brother here for his 16th birthday and it was absolutely PERFECT. The food was amazing - ah, loved eating with the hands, and you get a 7 course meal! The quality is outstanding. I'm getting hungry writing about it. And the belly dancer was so fun, perfect surprise for the unsuspecting. Service was great, ambiance was so cool and different. Highly recommend checking it out for a new experience that's really fun. Pros: Food, Service, Uniqueness more

Editorial
  • In Short
Thick pillows ring low tables, and a belly dancer periodically drifts by, moving to pounding Middle Eastern music. Waiters in velvet pantaloons perform a traditional Moroccan hand-washing ceremony on diners. The six-course set-price menu begins with starters like herb-flecked lentil soup, couscous and cold seasoned vegetables. Entrees include crispy roasted quail, garlicky shrimp and b'stilla--shredded chicken and almonds wrapped in phyllo dough.
