I have tried just about every grooming establishment in Brookfield including the big box pet stores. Dapper Dog is by far the best out there and I can highly recommend them. My Buster is an old grouch and needs special attention. The groomer at Dapper Dog has been nothing but the kind and gentle with him. I appreciate that they can get him groomed and out in 2 hours because he was always too nervous and stressed out when he had to stay at the other grooming establishments for 1/2 a day or more. And they hair cut is the best he has ever had!!!! more

Fantastic and caring groomer 7/7/2011

Absolutely love Dapper Dog. Sue the groomer is very paitent with our Golden Bailey, and you can just tell she LOVES her job. Since they are so popular I make my appointment Saturday appointments for Bailey a year out because I like the first appointment of of the day and Bailey loves going there. And to the reviewer who was indignant that he could not make a Sat appointment in Sept. You don't understand the loyalty of the clientel and how much we love taking our dogs to Dapper Dog! I highly recommmend Dapper Dog....they are just that Fabulous! more

Good groomers are hard to come by. Worth the wait. 12/17/2006

Dapper Dog IS a small grooming shop with only one groomer. I would only want that one groomer to groom my dog. I'm glad they don't hire another groomer. They only groom 5 dogs on Saturdays. Mine is one of them. I book my Saturday appointments for the entire year! That way I get the times and days that fits my schedule. Works for me! I believe it that all the Saturday appointments fill up fast. They ARE that good! Pros: clean, friendly, establishment Cons: none! more

Not Very Helpful 9/21/2006

I looked them up and after reading the first 2 reviews decided to call to schedule my dog. The man that answered to phone was not very friendly, and after a brief conversation and after I told him what breed of dog I had, was told there were no Saturday appointments for the rest of the year (come on, it's SEPTEMBER-- hire another groomer). I would find somewhere else to go if you have a breed that they might not want to groom. Luckily, my vet recommended a groomer that we got in with next week. I'm sure we will be much happier there anyway. Pros: Found another place to go! Cons: Wasted my time calling them. more

very knowlegable and caring people 9/13/2006

These people at Dapper Dog are terrific! They really know their stuff. The grooming is really good. My dog loves to get groomed at Dapper Dog. He even knows he is going to get groomed before we even get close to the grooming shop. Pros: two hour grooming. clean. easy to communicate with. concerned and curtious staff. more

They're grooming shop is the cleanest shop I have ever seen. They grooming most dogs in two hours or less and my dog always smells so fresh for days after her grooming. Pros: clean, friendly, knowledgeable more
