My husband and I had been looking for a specific type of car, a Black Dodge Durango R/T with the Black Top Package. Finally found it on-line at Blackwell. Drove up to see it on a Saturday afternoon and fell in love with both the car and the dealership. They stayed open late for us while we test drove it and even longer while we made our decision (they even entertained our grandson). Couldn't turn it down and drove it home that night. I came to Blackwell looking to purchase another vehicle and at the time I wasn't sure what I wanted. Tracy Wiles took the time to show me the vehicles that would fit into my budget. She showed great patience with me and answered the numerous questions that I had concerning the many vehicles on the lot. Even after I explained to Tracy that I had another appointment at another dealership she remained patient and didn't discourage me from shopping around. Her willingness to work with me (and the price) was the main reason I purchased my car from Blackwell. The customer service was the main reason I purchased my vehicle from Blackwell. more

What a great experience! Tracy and John made buying a car fun and easy. All the people were so down to earth and easy to talk to --- and we got a great deal. I will definitely go back to buy my next car at Blackwell - LOVE MY NEW JEEP! more
