I was extremely disappointed (disappointed is actually an understatement) in the service I received from this dealership. They quoted me wrong and after waiting for 4hrs. they told me I would have to come back. When I came back the next day and waited an additional 3hrs. they told me that the part they ordered (the second time around) broke when they were installing it. At this point I had spent a total of 7 hrs in their building. When I asked if there was anything they could do for my trouble of coming back the first time the took a lousy $5. Needless to say I still didn’t have my hitch installation complete. They then told me that I would have to come back a third time to complete the installation once the part had came in. I then dropped my car off on a thurs night so they could work on it on Friday. When I called at 4 on Fri they still didn’t have my installation complete. I ended up not getting my Jeep back until about 6 Friday night (waited another 2 hrs). They also told me to make sure that I filled up the rental car that they gave me with gas. This after because of their mistakes I needed go back 3 times and had my Jeep there for a total of 16hrs. At last I finally got my jeep back and the radio was all jacked up. After asking them about it they said they didn’t touch it but would install a new one for $350. I was scared to let them touch my vehicle at this point and will take it somewhere I trust. It was the worst experience that I have ever had with any customer service ever. It was a complete nightmare.. I will take every future opportunity to warn people about this place that I can. Please take my warning and drive the extra couple of miles to Westgate. WORST SERVICE EVER!!
