Fast, efficient and clean 5/18/2011

They came within the time frame that they said they would. Fast, efficient and clean. I knew the problem already and they diagnosed the same right away. They did ask if I wanted another part replaced, but after consulting a retired appliance man friend of mine, he said that part does not usually go bad, so I declined that part. Fair price, I guess. I've not had to pay for such a repair before. more
