Danny's Small Engine Repair

I've had Danny repair and do maintenance on a variety of equipment. He is prompt, efficient, and accurate in the work he does. The three negative reviews on this website are obviously generated by one disgruntled customer--for whatever reason. Potential customers should regard them as one--not three. My only caveat is that it's hard to talk to Danny. The lady who takes the orders and takes your payment fields the questions and keeps Danny free to stay busy. However, I do like to speak to him about the repair to be done or the one that has just been done. If you're like me in this regard, you can speak to him, too, about the repair. I read the earlier reviews and originally decided not to take the trusty lawnmower to this company. I asked a friend to refer a repair service and they referred Danny's. I went and couldn't be happier. They repaired/tuned up ol' faithful in the time frame they promised and it's working great. I thought the people there were very professional and I will definitely send my business to them in the future. Even more of a bonus: beautiful drive in the country. Thanks Danny's! I would like to say i do not like to judge people.I have a lot of respect for danny and his family Dannys dad always worked on my lawn equiment.When Mr Ledford past away i started going to Danny.Danny started out just like his dad nice and polite and his wife was very polite.But this year things changed.If i did not know better i would think they are both on something.Danny has lost so much weight and his wife seems lost.Like they both do not give people respect no more.And the guy that is working on the equipment is rude.When i walked in this year there was alot of mowers there like every year.But the respect and service was missing.I hope this does not hurt his bussiness.I know i have sent a lot of people to Danny.But i found out that some one was running his dads old shop.So i will give this person a call when i need work done next time.I like to be treated with respest when i go into any place.I give respect so i like to have respect in return.And i do not like rude people what so ever Pros: shop and parts Cons: worker more

I do not know what has happen to Danny's small engine but it is not the same place as it used to be i know he is high on his prices but that is not the problem its not a friendly place danny seems lost and he looks lke he is not the same old happy danny his wife has always been goofy but now she has lost her mind they used to treat people with respect i took my mower in and some other stuff in to have them get it ready for the year but the way i was treated i do not know any more.i have been going to danny's every since he took over for his dad.Charlie was a good respectable man that treated evry body the same danny used to be like that and would not have rude people working there .I have sent and recommend dannys sevice to a lot of people over the years . but i have to say i would not do it any more. i will go and have my repair work done by his brother. i have heard good things about him. yes i took my mower in like i have every year for service but this year 2008 the guy in the back working on the mowers was rude and not polite.I can not beleive Danny would have some one like that working for him i have known danny and his family for years i have sent and recommend dannys service to hundreds of people. and i have also noticed the service is not what it used to be danny seems confused and his wife treats people like they are trying to steal from them. they have a great shop and i would hate to see them loose bussiness.I know dannys dad started the shop for him. And before his dad past away dannys dad and his brother worked on mowers part time at Charlies house where the shop first begun i am going to see if his brother still works on mowers there i like danny but its not danny's no more with prices going up every day i need a place where i can get good service with a smile and a good price i know a lot of people who say his brother is as good as they come by when you need good affordable lawn mower and all your lawn and garden repairs done Pros: Parts Cons: Worker more
