My husband had bought a stove, refrigerator,washer and dryer from Danny's over the last four years. We went back to buy another washer and a refrigerator and we got a deal for buying both! We bought them on Saturday and they promised to deliver between 9am and noon the following Monday. My husband took the day off from work to help them setup and move the appliances. At 10:00am I decided to give them a call to check the status of our delivery. I apparently missed a call from them. I called back immediately but could not get through. After my third attempt I left a message. Danny's Appliance Service called back to say they were not making the delivery because we had not confirmed the appointment. I informed the man that it was confirmed on Saturday and he explained that there is always a call the morning of the delivery. I checked with my husband and he indicated that had never happened before. Furthermore, they could not make a delivery to us until Wednesday. We informed them it was unacceptable. It was explained to us that it was ""an insurance thing"" and if he could he would deliver it to us on his back. I consider myself a reasonable person--but my husband lost a day of work and we were without a refrigerator. And they seriously misled us. We ended up cancelling our order. Although their prices are reasonable they do not follow through on delivery promises. I attempted to place a review on the BBB site. Somehow, it did not go through. But another person had the same exact issues. Buyer beware!
