He will help you and work with you to make sure you get what you want and will continue to be there after the purchase to keep you happy. Lots of jewelry stores have beautiful pieces. It's the service that makes a difference. From working with Steven, I know not only will I get support when everything goes right, but even when things go wrong I don't need to worry. more
