I went to buy a Dinning Set for my Mom as a gift. I found one I liked. When they delivered it, the dinning set was damage. They went twice to replace chairs and stuff, but the parts they keep taking are worst. Now one of my chairs broke and I haven't completed a month with the product yet. They won't let me return it or exchange it. I'm really upset, because It was a gift to my mom.
Costumer service are very rude, specially this one service rep. >:/
