I have had the worst experience ever. I have for three (3) weeks been requesting the hardware to put my new bed together. We purchased an entire bedroom set (new). When we arrived at the warehouse we waited for over two and a half hours to be told that our bed had been taken out of the box for inspection. We were assured that everyting was included withing the shrinkwrap. We asked about the hardware and were told it was included. After arriving at our new home in Las Vegas we found no means of putting our bed together. After serval unanswered calls we contacted the manufacturer who stated they would send them. No screws bolts arrived. We finally spoke to a store manager - Bill - who has handed this off to a warehouse worker who made another promiss that the hardware would arrive today (3 weeks later) and guess what...its not here!\r \r I will never recomend the Daniels familly of stores to anyone I know and will continue to blog until this issue is resolved.\r \r more

I went to buy a Dinning Set for my Mom as a gift. I found one I liked. When they delivered it, the dinning set was damage. They went twice to replace chairs and stuff, but the parts they keep taking are worst. Now one of my chairs broke and I haven't completed a month with the product yet. They won't let me return it or exchange it. I'm really upset, because It was a gift to my mom. Costumer service are very rude, specially this one service rep. >:/ more

I went to Daniels with my family looking for a sectional couch.. they have plenty to choose from. We found one at a great price and ended up buying my daughter a twin bed more

I Just bought a 42” LG TV from Daniel’s. Service was great and they delivered the TV the next day. I recommend them. more

I went with my husband and kids to Daniel’s to look at some living room sets. They have this great day care center we left out kids at while we concentrated on finding the perfect living room. We will shop here again. more

THEY RUN YOUR CREDIT WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION- THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. IF THEY DON'T GET A SALE, THEY TREAT YOU LIKE SOMETHING STUCK ON THE BOTTOM OF THEIR SHOE . THEY'RE RUDE AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL. THEY LIE TO YOU, JUST TO GET YOU INTO A SALE AND WHEN YOU CHALLENGE WHAT THEY'RE SAYING CAUSE YOU KNOW BETTER THAN WHAT THEY'RE TELLING YOU. THEY GET MAD AND TRY TO LIE TO YOU SOME MORE. THEY WILL NEVER TAKE RESPONSIBILTY FOR THEIR MISTAKES. EVER!!!!!!! more

This store is huge! They have lots of sofas to choose from, but don't worry about feeling overwhelmed because this store has one of the best trained staff out there.\r From my shopping experience, I highly recommend Daniel's Home Center. more
