When it was a small family owned AND Operated company, it was great. They've grown too big for good service now unless you're a large corporate customer, pricing is outrageous compared to others and their field people will try constant upsells. I know, they'll say they're still family owned and operated, but they're not the ones who'll be coming out on a call. Did you know your AC is only good for about 8 years? Pros: null Cons: null more

What a Joke 7/27/2011

Do not order from this place. They try to take you money. All their quotes are well overpriced. I got a quote for 3250 and I searched the parts online and it came to a total of 1250. they wanted the difference in labor. ridiculous more

Fair, Helpful, Quick Service 6/5/2005

I purchased my new Trane just over a year ago and installation was quick and efficient. Later I had problems and they covered it immediately. Unfortunately, I'm having problems with connections in my wall unrelated to the unit, and they were more than helpful with pricing and accommodating my situation.
