They really do not care about their patients. A phone call was placed 2 days post-op to ask for a refill for pain medication. The patient was told to go into the office, even though the office was closing in less than an hour, and the patient lives over an hour away. The receptionist response was, ""tough luck, go to the nearest ER"" and she hung up on the patient. When asked for a supervisor on the return call, her reply was that no one else but her was going to be answering the phone, and she hung up again. Real professional right??
Cons: Lack of care for patients. Nastiness of staff.
