Stay away!!!! Bennie from Daniel Events met with me and promised me a wedding of my dreams. Knowing my budget beforehand my first red flag came when he told me a figure significantly above it. Bennie expected a deposit on the spot which I was not comfortable with since there was no written proposal and over my budget. So he stated that he would see what he could do and email me a proposal. An hour later we got the proposal and I was elated when it was my dream come true wedding at my budget. Within 5 minutes my wedding planner called him to tell him we have a deal. Bennie then informed her that he received a call from a bride interested in my date and if it was a better deal than he was going to take it. He was supposed to call me on Wednesday of that week to let me know either way and of course he didn't keep his word on that either. My wedding planner called him the following day and was told we were out of luck. I tried to call him and was told by the secretary that he already told my wedding planner my date was taken. I caution every bride to stay away from Daniel Events. His word means NOTHING!!!! more

I can't tell you what a wonderful experience I had working with Daniel Events. They took care of every little detail and my wedding was perfect in every way. Benny is so charming and he really knows how to make a girl's special day the best of her life. I would HIGHLY recommend Benny and Daniel Events to anyone looking for a effortless wedding and the most beautiful decorations and flowers you can imagine. I AM THE HAPPIEST BRIDE EVER!!! Daniel's will do all my parties from my kids birthdays (when they arrive) to every major event of my life. I want it decorated with flowers from Daniel Events. more

Our wedding also took place in April 2007 and my daughter contacted Daniel Events with a view to coming from New York to meet up with them and discuss the flowers for her wedding in Delray Beach. She asked me to sit in and make sure she covered all bases which I did. From the moment I went in I was impressed by their set up but realized very quickly that this would cost us a lot of money. However, my daughter was sure in what she wanted for her wedding although I could tell that there was a minimum price she had to pay before they would take her contract. I don't really recall there being a choice of flowers but rather that it was left up to them to decide based on the colors of table cloths and the colors she would like to see at the wedding. I was stunned by the cost of the flowers and service but was assured by my daughter who has had experience of this in NY that the price was not unreasonable. However, on the day of the wedding the flowers were stunning not only on the outside gazebo but on the tables. I honestly could not find fault at all with their work. We were even greeted by the flower arrangers who gave out the flowers for the guests. Our only problem was that a promise that had been made that the flowers would be collected up and taken to the evening function had been broken and when we arrived at the evening event = no flowers! We were very disappointed. However, after a few phone calls placed by my husband after the wedding we came to an amicable agreement with Daniel Events for some recompense and we have been very happy about it. Thank you Daniel Events for staying true to your word for us.\r \r Pros: I loved the ideas they had given us. Cons: Did not listen to what our needs were - rather told us what they could do for us for the amount of money we had to spend. more

After meeting with Benny (owner) several times I THOUGHT I would get exactly what I wanted. They showed up 2 hours late and didn't even come up to my room like they were supposed to...my photographer had to go and find them! They were in the ballroom BEGINNING to make the bouquets for myself and my 10 bridesmaids! This should have been done before hand considering how many there were and how late they were!! All bouquets, including mine (the brides) were completely WRONG!! They had even shoved 5 greenish white roses into my all ivory rose bouquet. My bridesmaids ""bouquets"" (if you can call them that) were awful and pretty much dead by the time we reached the ceremony. Needless to say we missed out on a lot of pictures and had to rush through what we did take because we sitting around waiting for the flowers to be ready. The second I walked into the ceremony room, I realized the flowers were completely wrong there as well. What was supposed to be an assortment of all ivory arrangements had some ivory flowers with some grren, purple and pink in there as well! I felt like my evening, formal Jewish wedding was turning into an afternoon, Easter luncheon! These flowers were then moved to the reception room to be used as centerpieces...where my friend went around in the reception room before they let my guests in and picked out the DEAD/browning flowers she noticed during the ceremony!!!!!!! We paid a fortune for these flowers and went well over our budget. But, Daniels Events talks a good game and convinced me they were worth it. If I wanted flowers of this quality, I could've saved a ton of money and just went to my local WalMart! The worst part of all....I have called just about every other day and have YET to receive a phone call back and my wedding was 4 MONTHS AGO!!!!!!!!!!! This is NOT how you run a business! I have vowed to make sure that no other brides fall for their lies like I did! In the end they'll just do what they want and when they want to do it. Sad. Pros: I can't think of a single pro :( Cons: EVERYTHING!!! more
