get you in and thats it.. it has taken almost 2 months to replace a leaking faucet.. now I have mold and rust growing under my cabinets... promise here .. promise there.. bunch of liars in the mist.. can't fix the drive way.. full of holes.. don't care who they move in.. as long as they get their money.. They want to fix anything around here.. getting to be a slum lord... and the ghetto.. move on.. more

The newest property manager is worst than the last! I've been a 16 year resident, and once loved living here. Unfortunately, everything is going downhill and the management hasn't a clue!! All she knows how to do is send out threatening notices to people. I got a notice ONE DAY before the lease ran out threatening to charge $139 penalty if a new lease was not signed by the 1st of the month. Never in the years I've stayed here has anyone ever been so disrespectful and threatening. Due to medical issues, I won't hesitate to move when I can! In the past, notices of your lease were always sent at least 2 MONTHS before they became due (not ONE DAY)!!! more

This is one place I would never tell any one about. They turn your water off with out you knowing they are going to. They don't care about getting the leaves out of the gutters. So when it rains it pours on your head. I'm gone comeing the 1 st of Feb, Pros: null Cons: null more

Don't move here. They manager is never here especially like her hours state she will be. The maintance men are nice but, due to the complex/owners being so cheap, you don't ever get anything new that your apartment needs. They just drag something old from another building. I have went round and round with Angie the mgr about repairs. And, I get no where. Due to them letting my air conditioning unit run all the time I went from a $140.00 gas and electric bill to a $237.00 one. I finally wrote up a list of things that need fixing. Roy one of the maintance men did some repairs yesterday. But again, almost everything they do is old used up stuff. I need my carpet recleaned since being here so long, and my patio fence painted like everyone elses. And, you can't ever talk to anyone higher up than Angie. Angie never answers the phone either. Do yourself a favor move somewhere else. With my water bill in a 2 bedroom we are paying $850 in rent. more

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! I have been moved in less than a month and have never had such a terrible experience at an apartment complex. The property manager is clueless and knows very little about the apartments she is suppose to be taking care of. The range and a/c is over 20 years old and works as the age. My water heater has failed three times and I have been out of hot water for over a week. I had to go to the post office myself to change the mail box lock, after words I find out the manager told me the wrong box number. Bathroom is the size of a closet. There is almost water pressure in the shower. This place would of been a great place to live in 1980. more

While living in this serene, quiet setting, I felt safe and enjoyed the many perks of apartment living. These units have eat in kitchens, laundry hook ups, and their own entrance. They are reasonably priced. more
